Reasons why I started the Creative Wellness Hub.

The Creative Wellness Hub was born out of my own personal journey and desire to create a welcoming, inclusive space that focuses on wellness and creativity.

​

Life changes prompted me to reevaluate my goals and purpose. Rather than viewing these changes as a setback, I saw an opportunity to take my small business in a new, more meaningful direction.

​

I recognised a lack of supportive networks and spaces for people living with illness, injury or difference.

The Hub aims to fill that gap by providing an accessible environment for these underserved communities. Promoting wellness holistically - for mind, body and spirit as a core focus. I believe that creative expression and social connection are pathways to wellness and inclusivity is paramount.

The Hub welcomes people of all ages, genders and abilities, and it's not just about the participants - we also want to create a relaxing space for the carers and support staff who accompany them.

In essence, we want The Creative Wellness Hub to be a judgment-free oasis that nurtures creative self-expression, social bonds and overall well-being, especially for those dealing with health challenges or facing marginalisation, building a sense of belonging for a diverse community and cultivating opportunities for human connection.
