It includes a small fleece backed blanked pieced together in half square triangles on the top.  Additional details include optional pom poms on each of the corners (please be sure this is suitable and safe for gifting)
3 cushion templates are included; a star, moon and a fluffy cloud.  Each can be pieced with fleece or with patched panels.
 
Finally I have included a template and instructions to make a row of bunting - a chance to use up any of those left over scraps!
